His voice is heard on many of the radio stations throughout our nation.  Some know him as a Bible teacher, making the Word come alive; one who does not compromise the Word of God.  No matter how you know him, he is used by God to bring the message of hope to a sinful world.
He has a vision for proclaiming the authority of the Word of God without apology and for lifting high the name of Jesus through worship.  He believes firmly in the power of prayer and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ with boldness.  He has served in ministry for over thirty-five years, having been called to the ministry in 1974.  He received his license to preach in 1975.
Pastor Bush is the senior pastor of the Greater Harvest Church in Dallas, Texas and the senior pastor of the Light of Liberty Church in Oak Park, Illinois.  Both churches have a strong emphasis on supporting missions and evangelism.  He is committed to helping people take positive and informed steps in their spiritual journey to a more personal relationship with Jesus Christ which is evidenced in his teachings on “What It Means to Be a Christian”.
He has a strong calling in the area of foreign missions, having traveled extensively to over 45 countries.  His mission projects have aided many missionaries in their work.  His recent travels to Ethiopia and Haiti have further inspired him to continue his work and heed the Divine call to “Go where My voice is heard small and My light shines dim; go to those to whom nothing has been prepared”.  His desire is to see people of all nations experience spiritual growth by making the life-changing wisdom of the Bible understandable.
Pastor Bush is a graduate of the Moody Bible Institute of Chicago, Illinois and the Dallas Theological Seminary, Dallas, Texas.
He is wholeheartedly supported in his ministry by his wife, Missionary Yvonne E. Bush and their family.
His Motto is “Have Faith in God; Faith in God Knows No Defeat”
