EMFJ Bible Bowl 2013 Final Results

The Eastern Missouri First Jurisdiction (EMFJ) Sunday School Bible Bowl 2013 was held today March 16,2013. It Began at 11am, and we had a packed house with 8 teams and 56 total participants. We had over 90 supporters that came out to support our youth. Our young people have been studying the bible and Church of God In Christ(COGIC) history past and present for weeks in preparation for this bible challenge. They started with just the questions and had to research the correct answers, and they came prepared. Everyone that was present was so happy for all the teams and proud to attend this event of our future leader.

EMFJ Sunday School Superintendent Elder Marquaello Futrell and Fields Representative Dr. Linda Smith had the task of confirming answers. At times we were all on the edge of our seats awaiting answer confirmation. The young people were very sharp and well prepared. There were several ties and after a providing extra questions for tie breakers, Superintendent Futrell made the decision to award two teams 1st place, one team 2nd place and two teams 3rd place by the points that they had earned. Congratulation those listed below. We are so happy for all the young people that came out today!!!

First Place: Gospel Temple  and Nazareth Temple

 

Second Place: All Creation Northview Holiness ( Team A)

 

Third Place: Life Center and

All Creation Northview Holiness (Team 1)
